Three bank robbers fraternal languishing in prison, you'll discover a profitable (if not dodgy) way to spend their time. Crime can pay very well when you know wot I mean? "However, if sex and greed for crims back between the good and the bad policemen, the consequences are both bizarre and fatal.

What a great aussie movie! Good Humor - our (quite full) crowd was loving it. Great performances by all concerned. And some good music to the entire crime mood. I liked this better than two hands - the occupation and the jokes about him.
The story follows essentially 3 brothers Dale (Guy Pearce), Shane (Joel Edgerton) and Mal (Damien Richardson), the bank robbers. We find them in prison on the day they were released. Peroxide blond Rachel Griffiths plays Carol, Dale's wife, was sleeping with the brothers lawyer Frank (Robert Taylor, one of the agents in the matrix). And they all work together to plan, execute Australia's largest heist!
Joel Edgerton (uncle, Owen was in one minute 2 Star Wars 2 role) is exceptional, I love how he plays a little psycho! He was the standout for me - he had a much larger part than I had expected garnering more screen time as Rachel Griffiths. Guy and Rachel were terrific, Guy noted in particular that spark he had with Priscilla Queen of the Desert. And I really enjoyed Damien Richardson, gave it gets nice aussie bloke complaint. I liked the scene in the prison kitchen & time with Tony (Greg Fleet) - and all their scenes together were really good, they were kind of quirky fun. Vince Colosimo (of Lantana fame) is wonderful as usual and as I have said before the entire cast were great!
It is extremely violent - I can see why its original title was Blood and Guts. Much blood, fair bit of swearing and some general naughtiness makes this film a bloody good time!

After receiving mysterious empty packages inside his apartment, a young computer programmer (named Simon) begins a personal investigation into their origin. This leads him to discover his strange and eccentric neighbours, an artificially intelligent robot named head Adam, a virtual reality sex game, and a possible corporate conspiracy. As the story progresses, Simon's grip on reality is tenuous, while his craving for Nature Conservation fresh milk is almost unbearable. Is that all only in his mind, or is something sinister going on? C536582b41ef420bcde913c6cfbb21b0 I saw this movie in Sundance, and I believe it is by far the best looking film I've ever seen. The biggest thing is that you really see the amazing artistic / creative ability of the filmmakers. Each shot is like a beautiful photo, carefully selected, but not pretentious. The look of the film enables the viewer to have an "experience" of a future is bleak. (And I loved the opportunity to use the retro-looking or mobile devices, etc. - instead of a bright future, I was certain this was a grimly.) In general, I am not a fan of science fiction, but I did not feel, as I had for this movie - I would not classify this movie as a sci-fi ... but this is only my opinion.
Although not everyone seems to agree that the story was worth it to say .. . I do not agree. I bought into it and enjoyed it every step of the way.
My only question is why this is a direct to video release? It should be in the theatre, where you really appreciate beauty.

Unfortunately, evil is supported by Mr Zorg (Gary Oldman), aims to profit from the chaos that evil brings, and its foreign mercenaries.

Bruce Willis and Milla Jovovich star in this wonderful sci-fi fairy tale. Chock full of killer performances and excellent effects.
baskets Dallas is your normal average New York taxi driver. Fresh from the military, unlucky in love and so close to his job to lose. One day the ultimate collective literally falls into his lap times as Leeloo in his life through the roof of his cabin. Leeloo it seems, has been genetically manipulated to become the ultimate weapon against evil, but its pure beauty and butt-kicking hide a fragile nature, Dallas and a host of other will have to help her and save humanity.
This amazing science-fiction adventure by Luc (Leon) Besson has a little something for everyone. Beauty (Jovovich with the brilliant orange hair even), action and gun-play, excellent acting, amazing visual effects, romance, creative sets and costume design, dynamic and interesting music and a mildly annoying but funny Chris Tucker. You name it� this film has it in spades. 5th element is hands down one of the best science fiction movies of all time.
I have seen it often and always wanting more. I strongly recommended.

John Frankenheimer's surreal direction and George Axelrod's 1959 adaptation of the book of the same name, Laurence Harvey a career defining role .
Set in 1950, a Korean War veteran Raymond Shaw (Harvey) returns home to a Medal of Honor for rescuing his POW train from behind Chinese lines and back to safety. One of the returning soldiers, (effectively played by Frank Sinatra), however, has recurring dreams of his train against brainwashing and Shaw commit acts of murder.
He finally convinced that the army brass Shaw is still a puppet of his communist Marxist-operators.
Angela Lansbury, (although barely a few years older than Harvey was at the time) plays his mother in a tour de force. You absolutely captivates and steals every scene she is in, playing a very complex role that needs to convince the viewer on many things, without much dialogue.
There is a rich cast of characters, including Janet Leigh, Henry Silva, James Edwards, and a painfully precise James Gregory. Each character weaves through the methodical and associated acts tapestry from Frankenheimer's masterpiece "Hitchcockian" pace.
I will not betray the act but Dear readers, allow me to sit, that this is really worth seeing - until the nail-biting and cooling degree.
There are many undertones in this film - political, sexual, class and power, and socially. You will want to see this movie several times to approach it from different perspectives.

A magical adventures of the functions elves, demons and other mythical creatures. Darkness, the personification of evil, plans to dispel eternal night in the land where this story takes place, by killing each unicorn in the world. Although he looks unbeatable, Jack and his friends are disposed to do everything possible to save the world and Princess Lili (Darkness, intends to his wife) from the hands of this evil monster.

I've ever seen reading the forums of this film That most people prefer the U.S. version was published in the theatre, as was a 'recall' or 'grew up with'. But if you take a look in the 'Director's Cut "(that is in" The Ultimate Edition' DVD) you will see how much the 90-minute U.S. version is butchered, and easy just terribly edited. Yes, there has been an unforgettable score by Tangerine Dream, but that alone does not make the movie great. Unfortunately, people do not want muddled version of this section - the one that Ridley Scott intended to be seen. The story flows much better and feels. The Jerry Goldsmith score, replaces the one TD in this version (Director's Cut) is much better suited in my opinion. The TD an unfortunately, the film like a music video - which, ironically, some people seem to prefer. But that's okay. As I said in "The Ultimate Edition 'DVD cuts both are available, and I suggest you buy the version and take a look at Director's Cut. First, observe and then see the U.S. version, you will see how bad it is edited to trim their duration and how the story seems to jump from place to place. Elmo Mcelroy (Jackson) is an American master chemist Streetwise, heads to England to sell his special new formula - a powerful, blue beer guarantees that you "51st State." Mcelroy's new product delivers a feeling 51 -- times more powerful than any tension, any joy, any high in history. But his plans for a quick, profitable score go comically awry when he stuck in Liverpool with an unlikely escort (Carlyle) and his ex-girlfriend (Mortimer) and is now in a bizarre web of double-treatment and Twin-crosses.

Although this film is totally implausible, over-the-top and scrape the bottom of the barrel, it is still quite entertaining and some good banter between the characters, are the only thing holding that the film afloat, as well as some decent , A fun-liner. Ronny Yu capably handles the action but not compensate for some major plot holes and a completely ridiculous premise that tries hard to be Tarantino Esquire, while the entire culture-clash, what we have seen, especially in films much better, and I I honest to say, much worse. It is amazing to see even the ever-present themselves to the minutes of the film at all appearances, Samuel L. Jackson in this because I can not see someone other than Brit fans of the Lock, Stock and Snatch inspired era of British gangster Flicks enjoying this one.

In 1996, John Hodge Irvine Welsh novel "; Trainspotting" and with the help of Danny Boyle's direction one of the most influential modern cult classic Britain has to offer. Frequently one of the biggest films of the 90s, "Trainspotting provides satisfactory viewing every single time. The main drug film.

He battles of the tribe and the influences of his buddy, including Sick Boy (Johnny Lee Miller) a man who stops at nothing, everything, Spud (Ewen Bremner) a rapid frightened performance and Francis Begbie (Robert Carylye) a frighteningly intense character, is perhaps my favorite of all-time, and Renton's sex life.
Vibrant color is used to exaggerate the measures to intensify the images on the screen. This also makes it stand out from other films create a massive impact on the viewer. Unforgettable. The soundtrack is made up of pop culture love the character itself and some regularly in real life at the time. The film perfectly captures the era.
Danny Boyle's stylish direction is what is particularly appealing about the film. Delivering a professionally structured adrenalin rush. The bold theme of the film was also perceived by critics and audiences to claim universal praise. But they were still unsure if they support of drugs or an anti-drug film. In some ways it is both.
We are supported by the film with Renton's narration, making it an extremely Watchable viewing, irresistible to want to experience several times. A triumph hilarious. This film is decision-making.

Slow-moving story, but it is under the skin. Joaquin Phoenix and Claire Danes are perfectly cast.
Be warned, but this film is not for everyone. Some call it strange, and it is difficult to understand what is going on.

I've never seen the French film, Nikita, in which it has its headquarters, but it sounds excellent. What has me in this film was the presentation of history, focusing less on her as a professional killer and more on their humanity. In the French film, Nikita looks very powerful and aggressive. Fonda in "point" seems sensitive and feminine. I'm just going to have to see the French. I'm not easy to impress and this film made me in. Nikita be awesome.
Bridget Fonda has a face you can only stare for hours. It is a subdued performance. It plays a very contradictory character full of paradoxes. A proposal on the occasion of her lover too well tears in their eyes as they peer down the scope of their weapon in their last goal. They managed to secure a straight face when her friend killed in front of her. She manages a smile and says: "I have never mind about the little things." Fonda has such talent that they be able to depict pure peace with each muscle in her face, while her eyes swim in terror and Heartbreak.
Harvey Keitel is Victor, the Cleaner. His face is a stone. No smiles, frowns and grimaces. He is heartless and emotionless. As he kills, his face remains Stone Cold. He says, no unnecessary words. His answers are short, to the point. Superb. His performance is understated brilliance.
Gabriel Byrne has a gift for his characters credible. He is tough, but likeable. He alone makes this movie worth seeing.

I can not understand is the reason why so many people say they hate Hilary Duff went to see this movie. If you walk into the theater expecting to see the biggest piece of crap you have ever seen, then that's exactly what you are gonna see, because this is what you want to see. So, why even bother? The film was not too bad. It was not the best film ever to come, but it was certainly not the worst film ever to come either, even this year. * Cough * Fahrenheit 9 / 11 * cough *
However, this was one of those juicy, idealistic films that you see if you want to leave with a positive feeling as if you think as you can do everything you want, as long as your heart into it. Do not go expecting to see Oscar-worthy performance. Or heart-rendingly beautiful cinematography. Or ZIP BOOM-BAM special F / X Expect to see a sweet and charming girls, (my favorite part was found, as a penny, tail up, on the pavement and flipped it over, so that the next person found, it would think it was good luck) to search Gorgeously ordinary, go through some adversity only to fulfil their dreams at the end. It is the kind of film that many people can rely on, because most of us at a point in our lives have dreams of greatness, not necessarily on performance, but were too many people were too much to those dreams crash for reasons of practicality or simply jealousy. Hilary's innate appeal, that it is much easier to empathize and identify with her.
people are quick to point out that her singing in the film was lip-synchronous, but nobody cares that neither the violin were still playing the piano in the film authentic. Or that it's always been done. It's called 'act'. J-Lo lip-synchronous in "Selena", but nobody says anything about it. The only reason why people can not stop criticizing Hilary in this film, because it is too popular at the moment. You did not criticize, J-Lo, because "Selena" was her first major film.
People are also quick to point out that this story has already been said before with films like "Brave New Girl" & "Save the Last Dance". But 90% of the films, now use recycled stories. But because the target group of this film not yet seen, most of them are not really important. And since most people would prefer a movie with a familiar, easy-to-follow history, rather than one that requires them to think, then we really can not complain when films like these are made.
I would hate to see one of the most talented actresses of her generation are shunned or ignored simply because the powers, the over-hyped it too much and too early because they wanted milk for their every penny they could squeeze out of her. I hope that Hilary elect their next projects carefully and thoughtfully, and I hope that people do not forget that only a teenager trying to survive in the scariest of scary worlds, Hollywood. And above all, I hope that Hilary, as Teri, never forgets that if they know what they really want, then they should never give up.

I went to see this movie, because I am a fan of Liam Akin & # 39; p.

But the film proved to be better than I had expected.
It had a few flavors of "Benji" and "The cat from Outter Space" mixed into it.

I think it's worth the clock and the history although not new was presented in a fresh way. These are in my collection where they are available. I am sure it will be a large number of deleted scenes and alternative endings.

300 is an entertaining film. This is all about the action and it is Spartans. The film takes approximately the first 30 minutes to us from the land development of the Spartans take it to the battlefield.
The action is the key. The slow motion action is what really delivers. This is like a ballet of blood so beautiful. The action Needless to say, is satisfactory. We are as many campy dialogue and some good mood here and there that works. Gerard Butler is wonderful. He embodies the great king. If it.

went into this expecting a lot of Gore, but go an interesting history and Premise. The idea is a fusion of very few ideas you can see, but was very well done. To a certain point.
the last 25 minutes or so seemed that they ran from ideas on how to start a tie-out with a decent end, so that it only after a typical and somewhat predictable end.
no means is it a terrible film, and there are some good performances. Just not expected to walk away stunned at the end.
Oh ... although they are not overloaded with CGI - use what they do is amazing.

Remy is a rat, constantly risking life in an expensive French restaurant because of his love for good food, and the desire to become a chef. But of course this is a pretty tough dream for a rat. I have a sneak preview of the last Ratatouille Night, and I must say that I really loved this movie. Everything from the animation on the score to the voice acting for the history (and especially the history) was excellent.
I do not know if he appeals to the children as much as the other Pixar offerings, but this one respects their legacy of excellence. Casting
Patton Oswalt as Remy was perfect. The rest of the votes cast was excellent, as well ... Pixar, including "House vote" John Ratzenberger. See if you can tell the guy he is, without foresight (as in, not read the cast list).
Michael Giacchino score was so perfect for this story, as the award-winning one he created for "The Incredibles" and the incredible music he has created for most of JJ Abrams' new projects , Including "Alias" and "Lost."
Even with my 3-year-old son makes it really hard to concentrate, and our "we have the theater too late and had to sit in front" seats, this movie was fantastic. Everyone should go there, even if they do not have children.

This film is a visible expression of the truth about friendship and betrayal. Noodles, played by Robert De Niro and Scott Tiler (during childhood), is a simple man and a criminal with a credo: You can fight the whole world, but you never betray a friend. In the course of the film we see several pieces of noodles life, from childhood through young adulthood and old age. We learn what happens, his friends, his enemies and the love of his life, Deborah.
